Inspired by Frontier Services – who we have supported over many years- members of the St Martins congregation ran a sausage sizzle at Bunnings Mentone on Tuesday 3rd December. By way of sales at Bunnings and augmented by many donations we were thrilled to be able to forward just over $2,000 to this Frontier Services in order for them to help drought, now we presume fire affected country folk.
Thanks to Nick Toovey for rallying the troops and setting the wheels in motion on this mission – and as you will see for cutting up the multitude of onions cooked on the day.
